Reporting a problem

It helps a lot if you tell us:

• your device and browser (for example “Pixel 8, Chrome” or “MacBook, Safari 26”),
• the file type and length (for example “MOV from an iPhone, 4 minutes”),
• what happened — the message on screen, or where the progress bar stopped.

Please don’t email private recordings. If a file fails, a short clip with nothing personal in it is enough for us to find the problem.
