Background Audio Remover (“the tool”) is run by Deerlight Labs (“we”, “us”). By using the tool you agree to these terms.

The service

The tool is free. It runs in your browser and processes files on your device. We may change, improve or stop features at any time.

Your content

You keep all rights to your files and to the files the tool creates from them. Because nothing is uploaded, we never have access to them. Only use files you have the right to edit.

No warranty

The tool is provided “as is”. Noise removal is automatic and may not suit every recording; always listen to the result before you publish it, and keep your original file. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from using the tool.

Open-source software

The tool includes open-source components under their own licenses, listed on the About page.
